City of Pupets
As a proud member of AVIAMA, the city of Segovia (Spain) continues to shine as a center for puppetry and storytelling. Through its institutions and festivals, the city offers a year-round program celebrating the art of puppetry and its connection with audiences of all ages.
Story Sundays at the Francisco Peralta Puppet Collection
At the Francisco Peralta Puppet Collection, visitors can experience the charm of Domingos de Cuento (Story Sundays) — a monthly storytelling program that brings children and families closer to the world of imagination. Each session includes a free visit to the museum, inviting guests to explore the legacy of one of Spain’s most celebrated puppet artists.
The upcoming sessions are:
- Sunday, November 16, 12:00 PM – “Lo que unieron los Colores”
Diversity, respect, and harmony take center stage in stories that inspire a better world. - Sunday, December 14, 12:00 PM – “Pide un deseo”
A storytelling session filled with enchanted tales, where the Christmas spirit, generosity, and joy come to life.
